An entity of SAHMRI, our vision is a world where people have the skills to build their mental health and grow through life challenges.
Who are we?
Be Well Co Pty Ltd is the first spin-out from the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), ranked number 40 in the world's top research institutes.
We translate the research that SAHMRI conducts on mental health and wellbeing solutions. We have direct ties to SAHMRI and reasearch collaborators such as Flinders University.
A portion of our proceeds feeds back into vital research into mental health and wellbeing.

We want to make it easier for people to create positive wellbeing habits, so we can all thrive as individuals, organisations and as a wider community.
In 2015 SAHMRI launched the Wellbeing and Resilience Centre. This centre, was set up with the aim to build mental health and wellbeing across the Australian community.
It did so by:
1) providing wellbeing measurement and training to individuals, organisations and the wider community; and
2) conducting translational research on the data that was collected in these projects.
Be Well Co is the next evolution of this mission to take our mental health and wellbeing services to a bigger scale, while still remaining underpinned by our world leading research.
