Our programs are designed for organisations ready to go deeper to create lasting change. We offer two programs:

  • The Be Well Plan: A research-backed, transformational and empowering program has been shown to reduce symptoms of depression, anxeity, and stress. Delivered in various formats, from a 1 hour taster, a 1 day foundations, a 2 day intensive or a 5 week deep dive, it's for everyone. Find out more here.

Our programs vary, created for a larger impact, they vary from 1-2 days up to 5 weeks (1 day sessions spread across 5 weeks)
