From fog to clarity
Practical ways to protect your focus, lighten your mental load and properly recharge over the break, so you start the new year thinking more clearly.
Good for: teams who are tired, stretched and a bit foggy
Help your team recognise what they've got through this year and look ahead with some realistic hope. Choose a topic and a speaker for a 30 to 45 minute interactive talk, and we'll get in touch to find a time that works.
For many organisations this has been a tough year, with tight budgets, ongoing change and plenty of uncertainty. Taking time to recognise what your team has got through, and to look ahead with some realistic hope, can make a real difference.
Our end of year keynotes are 30 to 45 minute interactive talks from Joep, Matt or Tegan, designed to do exactly that. They work well as part of an end-of-year event or team day, online or in person anywhere in Australia.
Plenty of keynotes are a lecture with slides. Ours are built to get people involved, with polls and the chat when we're online, or a show of hands and a few quick activities when we're in the room.
Everything we share is backed by wellbeing research, including our own, so your team leaves with a couple of things they can genuinely try the next day.
As a social enterprise owned by Camp Quality, every booking also helps support kids facing cancer and their families.

Talk to us about a topic that is front of mind for you, whether this is resilience, navigating change or self-care. Our experts have got you covered.
You can choose the topic and the speaker you'd like. Joep brings plenty of realism and humour, Matt puts the science front and centre, and Tegan is known for her warm, practical approach.

Tegan is a wellbeing designer, facilitator and coach with a background in learning and development, who helps organisations create cultures where people can thrive. She draws on positive psychology and years of experience with corporate, government and purpose-led clients, and brings a practical, human-centred approach that resonates with HR leaders focused on engagement and performance.

Matt's research focuses on the most effective ways to measure and promote positive mental health. He has published leading reviews on psychological interventions and on how mental wellbeing and mental illness relate to each other, and completed his PhD at Flinders University on the dual-continua model of mental health. He's a great fit if you want the evidence front and centre.

Joep speaks as a wellbeing scientist and workplace wellbeing expert to leadership teams, staff and conference audiences across Australia. He brings a healthy dose of humour, and people walk away with practical takeaways that fit their own situation. Recent audiences include the Adelaide 36ers, Beyond Blue, the Australian Psychological Society and the International Positive Psychology Association.
Let us know what you're after, and we'll get in touch to find a time that works for your team.
