This interactive workshop introduces mindfulness in a way that is accessible, realistic, and grounded in science, helping participants build awareness and respond more intentionally in their day-to-day lives.

Key learning outcomes

Participants will:

  • Understand what mindfulness is and what it is not
  • Learn how attention and awareness work
  • Recognise common patterns of distraction and automatic thinking
  • Practise observing thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgement
  • Use mindfulness to respond to challenges more skillfully
  • Build a simple, realistic mindfulness practice
