We are going to shake up our approach to education, by introducing our new micro-learning offering called 'Be Well Moments'. You and your team will get access to ongoing wellbeing content in the form of videos, blog posts, podcasts, worksheets and much more; delivered straight to your email. Easy, fun and practical activities that take 5-10 minutes to do, and can be used by individuals and teams who want to introduce new content, or further embed existing learnings in their teams.
