For those who want to put wellbeing on the forefront of their people, check out our languishing workshop. Be Well Co’s mission is to bring awareness to the under-recognised problem of languishing, currently affecting over 5 million Australians nationwide. This Mental Health Month, give your people the language to name what 1 in 5 are experiencing – languishing. Feeling flat, unmotivated or simply going through the motions are all common signs of languishing at work. The session is available as 1 or 2 hours, to help busy teams the language to name what they’re experiencing – and the tools to move through it.
