What is the Be Well Plan?

Reflective โˆ™ Serious โˆ™ Individual

This interactive, group-based program is built around the results from a large scientific study, pointing to a range of impactful methods to improve our mental health. Over the course of five session participants explore a wide range of activities from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to self-compassion and positive psychology.

The Be Well Plan is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Participants use the insights from a wellbeing check-in using our Be Well Tracker, to develop a tailored wellbeing strategy. Participants work alongside expert facilitators to experiment with different activities based on their personal needs, working towards embedding them into their personal lives via the creation of wellbeing habits. Each participants ends up with a uniquely different wellbeing strategy at the end of the program.

what can you expect?

Our sessions will use engaging facilitation, self-reflection, and group discussions to develop practical skills that help people improve the way they feel and behave at home and at work.

Available in person or online

Delivered by professional trainers in small to medium groups (up to 30 people) online or in-person. Available in multiple formats: our default 5-week program (2-hour sessions), an accelerated 2-day format, or a standalone simplified 1-day version. Includes booster 'masterclasses' on key wellbeing topics and online/printed resources for ongoing support.

Individual reflection & shared experiences

Within our sessions, participants reflect on the unique circumstances of their lives, and use practical exercises to inform changes they would like to make to improve the way they feel and function. We use discussions between participants to grow connections between people and to share insights to effectively develop wellbeing habits for good and challenging times.

The program is designed to help people develop a personal wellbeing plan. Our scientific studies show that it improves mental health outcomes, not only for people who Languish with poor mental wellbeing, but also for people struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress, negatively impacting them at home and at work.
