Be Well Co offers a range of evidence-based, engaging, group-based mental health and wellbeing workshops for both individuals and leaders. We deliver online and in person services throughout Australia, and work with a range of clients, from community organisations to corporates and government departments.

Our trusted workplace wellbeing programs include, The Oranges Toolkit and The Be Well Plan, used by 100+ organisations across Australia. Our programs are designed to build essential knowledge, motivation and skills to improve staff mental health, productivity and wellbeing.

The Oranges toolkit

The Oranges Toolkit’s is a group-based wellbeing program that uniquely applies the latest academic research from renowned scientific fields, like positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neuroscience, across seven segments that form the acronym of ORANGES – Optimism, Resilience, Attitude (mindset), Now (mindfulness), Gratitude, Energy and Strengths. The Seven Segments of Wellbeing program promotes overall psychological wellbeing, offering practical tips and tools that can be applied immediately.

Build the mental health of your people through the Be Well Plan: a five-week evidence-based mental health program that introduces participants to practical, proven tools to improve wellbeing and resilience, and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. This program is tailored to individual needs as participants experiment with activities and integrate learnings that match their unique personal needs.
