The Be Well Plan is an evidence-based mental health program built on years of rigorous peer-reviewed research. It gives participants access to a range of activities from different therpaeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and positive psychology.
This program is not a one-size-fits all, but rather empowers participants to develop a personalised wellbeing strategy. By using the report insights from our Be Well tracker, individuals can match activities to their personal wellbeing needs. The program is delivered all over Australia with consistently positive results across the board, no matter the industry, organisation or government department we work with.
