About the Be Well Plan

The Be Well Plan is a group-based, interactive mental health program that helps people develop their own personalised strategy to improve their wellbeing, feel more resilient and reduce distress.

What is the Be Well Plan?

The Be Well Plan is an evidence-based mental health program built on years of rigorous peer-reviewed research. It gives participants access to a range of activities from different therpaeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and positive psychology.

This program is not a one-size-fits all, but rather empowers participants to develop a personalised wellbeing strategy. By using the report insights from our Be Well tracker, individuals can match activities to their personal wellbeing needs. The program is delivered all over Australia with consistently positive results across the board, no matter the industry, organisation or government department we work with.

what can you expect?

Our expert-led programs combine interactive learning, scientific insights, group discussions, and ongoing support tools, including the Be Well Tracker, to help participants enhance their mental health and wellbeing, as well as access to ongoing content to further strengthen learnings.

A one-day or five week program in-person or online

Delivered via our professional trainers and taught in small to medium size groups (up to 30 people) online or in-person. The training comes in multiple formats, including our default 5 week program with 2 hour sessions or our 1-day format. We provide booster 'master classes' on key wellbeing topics and printed and online resources to further support learning.

Individual reflection & shared experiences

The Be Well Plan asks participants to reflect on the resources and challenges to their wellbeing, and gets them to share their experiences with other participants. Each participant experiments with a range of practical activities, gets stuck into the science of behaviour change and are taught various helpful psychological techniques to improve the way they feel and behave, both in personal and professional contexts.

The program is designed to help people develop a personalised wellbeing plan. Our scientific studies show clear improvements in mental wellbeing, resilience and distress, when individuals treat their own wellbeing as a life skill that can be learned. These positive outcomes are consistently seen across all industries we work in, both in the online and in-person programs.

We have expert facilitators across Australia who are certified to deliver the Be Well Plan for your organisation. Our trainer community is diverse, ensuring we can always provide a good match with your own organisations target audience.

In-house trainers

Organisations have the ability to train staff to deliver the Be Well Plan internally, providing a cost-effective solutions to organisations with internal facilitation capability. Our CTP program is run twice yearly to certify new trainers.

Community of Practice

Our trainers get access to an ongoing Community of Practice that allows them to refine their skills, gain new insights and learn from each other's experiences. The learnings from the diverse organisations we work with are a real value-add for our certified trainers.
