Gain insights into the mental health and wellbeing of your people through our secure, online measurement tool. The Be Well Tracker provides your people with a confidential individual report with insights into their mental health.
Our comprehensive organisational report allows you to identify at-risk groups to inform your wellbeing intervention strategy.
Be Well Plan

Build the mental health of your people through our group based training program that helps participants better understand their own mental health and introduces them to tools and activities scientifically proven to improve mental wellbeing. The Be Well Plan can be delivered in-person or online by upskilling selected staff as Certified Trainers, or via our network of Be Well Plan Certified Trainers.

Drive sustainable behaviour change and improvements in mental health through our mobile app giving your people access to tools and activities in the palm of their hand to help build their mental wellbeing.
