How to take your people from languishing to flourishing
Tuesday, 31 May
2:00 - 3:15 PM (ACST)
Live via Zoom
Mental health and wellbeing is a hot topic for organisations,
but how do you know if your strategy is making
a real difference for your people?
In part one of this webinar, hear from our Co-Founders Joep van Agteren and Monique Newberry who will draw on their experience working with over 40 organisations across Australia for the past seven years.
The session will cover:
Key insights into the mental health of Australians in a simple and enlightening way that may have you questioning where your organisation sits.
How our data from over 20,000 measurements shows that 2 in 3 people are languishing or in distress.
How you can gain secure, scientific insights into the mental health of your organisation to better target and tailor your wellbeing strategy.
How using an integrated set of offerings can help your organisation shift the dial on your people’s mental health and move them from languishing to flourishing.
Stuart Freebairn, Be Well Co’s Master Trainer, will give you a taste of our proven Be Well Plan program, allowing you to experience some of the practical skills for yourself.
This session will:
Unpack some myths and cover off on terminology such as, 'what is the difference between mental health and mental illness?' And, 'what exactly does languishing and low wellbeing mean?'
Show how there is no one-size fits all for mental health and how we can select from a range of evidence based strategies to suit our unique needs.
Explain how we are naturally wired with a negativity bias and the strategies we can use to counter this.
Help bring to light the positive resources we have in our lives and how this contributes to our mental wellbeing.
