Our Story
Be Well Co is a social enterprise that develops and delivers evidence-based mental health solutions.
We started as the first spin-out by the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), recognised as a top biomedical research institute globally. Our own leading research at SAHMRI underpinned the Be Well program suite. In 2024 we merged with the Oranges Toolkit, combining our training programs into one. The merger meant we became owned by Camp Quality, one of Australia’s leading children’s cancer charities. It made us become a proud social enterprise that channels its profits to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children facing cancer. We work with organisations, government and the community to help people create positive wellbeing habits for the betterment of their mental health. This service delivery helps fuel our inhouse and collaborative academic research into new ways to improve the mental health of the community and the people we work with.
